The sale of Kettering Health Network branded merchandise through this online sales site is managed through a contract relationship between Kettering Health Network and Lizard Apparel a promotional products vendor. The products, product selection, availability and fulfillment, and all customer service for online sales are provided by Lizard Apparel and not Kettering Health Network.

Cancellation/Return Policy:Please verify the size, quantity, and color you are ordering before placing your order. Order cancellations and/or returns and returns are not accepted unless the product you receive is damaged or the product you receive is not the product you ordered. Exchanges for quality issues will only be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of garments. You may exchange for size only (same style) - One time at no cost. Please complete the Exchange Form located here. Select only uniforms offered and approved for your department. If you order the wrong color for your department and do not follow the color-by-department guidelines as shown, there is a $10 restocking fee that will be your responsibility. ALSO, One exchange is included per order for size only, if needed. A $10.00 fee will be charged for any additional shipments.
